C’est bien de cela qu’il s’agit. Entrer dans l’intimité d’un suspect que tout accuse ne suffit pas. Il faut qu’il avoue. Pour donner plus de force au dossier encore ? Peut-être. Au plan juridique, l’intérêt semble évident. La seconde partie de la pièce donnera d’autres clés de compréhension à ce combat, ce face à face jubilatoire entre une Commissaire brillante, manipulatrice comme son adversaire, drôle et sarcastique et un prévenu qui comme beaucoup de puissants, se prête à toutes les malversations d’un monde où la finance est reine. Le roseau plie mais ne rompt pas. Malgré les attaques de toutes parts, les provocations, les pièges et les pièces du dossier, la policière abat toutes ses cartes et même une de trop. Sa proie reprendra ainsi le dessus, pour un temps au moins, ce temps nécessaire pour qu’elle change de stratégie, sortant finalement de ce rôle technique, pertinent certes mais n’atteignant pas au cœur la machine infernale.

Le texte d’Hugues Leforestier est fort, ciselé, d’une véracité étonnante. La mise en scène minimaliste de ce huit clos presque étouffant rend parfaitement l’atmosphère triste, grisâtre de ses offices où tout se joue sans que rien ne change, au fond. Le fond sera pourtant le ressort de la pièce. Continuer à décrypter les rouages d’une enquête judiciaire eut été d’un ennui mortel si la psychologie et la morale n’y faisaient une entrée fracassante. L’intelligence et la raison n’ont pas suffit à faire trébucher ce maître en tours de passe-passe. Alors il faut se coller à lui, dire avec le cœur et les tripes l’immonde, pas tant d’un homme que d’un système tout entier. Celui qui régit le monde bien plus efficacement que la politique ou encore le droit.

La Commissaire et le patron véreux sont renvoyés dos à dos parce qu’ils ne parlent pas le même langage et ne peuvent voir la vie en regardant dans la même direction. Ils sont chevillés malgré eux dans cette danse infernale, infernale et vaine. Mais faut-il renoncer pour autant ? Le personnage magnifiquement incarnée par Nathalie Mann nous dit que non sans être dupe quant à l’issue. D’un réalisme noir, cette première création au théâtre, où luit malgré tout une petite lueur d’espoir et de courage… mais toutes les ténèbres du monde peuvent-elles quelque chose contre la fragile lumière d’une bougie ?

Un très grand patron qui se rend à une convocation de ”routine”. Une commissaire de la brigade financière qui enquête depuis des mois sur ses biens et ses activités. Et c’est soudain la garde à vue, la confrontation en huis clos de deux visions du monde qui s’opposent. Entre cet homme de pouvoir et cette femme de droit s’engage une lutte, un duel d’intelligences entre privilèges et justice. Avec pour enjeu la liberté ou la détention d’un homme, plus enclin à diriger qu’à obéir… “Brigade Financière” est une passionnante mise en abime qui offre un miroir troublant et assez jubilatoire à l’actualité judiciaire et politique.

That’s exactly what it is. Enter the intimacy of a suspect that any accused is not enough. He must confess. To give more strength to the file again? May be. Legally, the interest seems obvious. The second part of the piece give other keys to understanding this fight face to face between a bright jubilant Commissioner, manipulative as his opponent, funny and sarcastic and warned that as many mighty, ready for all malpractice a world where finance is king. The reed bends but does not break. Despite attacks from all sides, the provocations, traps and the documents, police kills all his cards and even one too many. Its prey and take over the top, for a time at least, the time required for it to change strategy, finally leaving this technical role, certainly relevant but not reaching the heart the infernal machine.

The Hugues Leforestier text is strong, chiseled, an astonishing truth. The implementation of this minimalist scene behind closed doors almost completely stifling atmosphere makes sad, greyish its offices where everything is played without nothing changes, basically. The background will yet the room spring. Continue to decipher the workings of a criminal investigation had been very boring if psychology and morality are doing a big splash. The intelligence and reason were not enough to trip the master of sleight of towers. Then we must stick to it, say with the heart and guts the unclean, not so much of a man as a whole system. He who rules the world much more effectively than politics or the law.

The Commissioner and the crooked boss are sent back to back because they do not speak the same language and can not see life looking in the same direction. They are pegged unwillingly into this infernal dance, infernal and vain. But must sacrificing? The beautifully played by Nathalie Mann character says no without being fooled about the outcome. On a black realism, this first creation the theater, where shines still a glimmer of hope and courage … but all the darkness in the world can they something against the fragile light of a candle?
